One comment about the vanity issue introduced by Jerry B. I wonder how many people think like that. Blogs are intended as tools for communication, as oposed to the old-style websites which were one-way things. So, when there’s no feedback, where’s the point? Where’s the vanity in that? On the contrary, exposing your views to objection and criticising is more like modesty. Of course you can say everywhere there’s vanity, like old Salomon in Ecclesiastes (Qohelet) book or La Rouchefoucauld. Like the vanity of those who download without even saying thanks… haha

@ Justin - yes their earliest reggae tracks kinda suck, but on the 1983 LP they’re OK, specially “The meek…”

I against I is a great album! But it’s like another band in some way, yeah. Btw I have this doubt about the “Omega sessions” EP suposed to come from 1980, that sounds to me a bit unbelievable, precisely because of the inclusion of the song “I against I” (less metallic on that version, that’s true). Anybody can confirm my suspicion or, otherwise, the correction of the 1980 dating?

Great Post !! This IS a great long lost disc.
Very Historic SST release. This was Chuck D’s Side band while in Black Flag.

The “Feast” LP is worth seeking out, since it is a rare record and it rocks.
