Was looking for a download of the Spike in Vain record and ended here, too lazy to rip my own copies I guess. That Spike In Vain record absolutely kills. I picked it up years back and was blown away by it. There really isn't much like it.

Anyways funny Cleve, talking about a record store that still had stacks of Defnics 7"s. I can remember in the 90's Wally Gun trying to sell copies of the Baloney Heads I'm a drunk 7" outside of shows for 2 or 3 bucks. Of course as soon as Bloodstains across the midwest came out he was no longer to be seen and the price shot way way up.

Just for the record: Zero Defex's Brad Warner is now a zen buddhist, writing books about punkrock, buddhism and japanese monster movies (he worked at the japanese TV station that produced the ULTRAMAN series). He also has a blog: http://hardcorezen.blogspot.com/

However, hope to see this movie one day!
