Whilst Blitzkrieg is a pretty good tune the intro is somewhat reminiscent of Hocus Pocus by Focus… so I’m wondering if it focus spawned blitzkrieg

Hi, I have a copy of the 7″ Blitzkrieg Buried Alive c/w Blitzkrieg complete with an autograph from Brian Ross, its been in my collection since I was 15 (a long time) which I received from a local radio station in Newcastle upon Tyne England – I actually met Brian Ross on a bus and got his autograph!

Man, I Adore 1982-1986 era Metallica, but after hearing Diamond Head, Holocaust or this incredible gem, they seem a lot less revolutionary, for sure.
It’s awesome how songs like “Blitzkrieg”, Am I Evil?” or “Death or Glory” influenced so much the the masterpiece “Kill’em All”.
I Love this post. Your site’s the fucking best, after somethingIlearned demise.

Metallic KO!!! Thanks very much for this re-upload (btw, why dont you repost EVERYTHING? haha) and the monster HM comp! I think I’m listening to more HM than ever because of this blog, ouch. Absolutely, I’m all about NO guilty pleasures…the ultimate “punk act” is to not give two shits what other so-called punks think about you for “daring” to listen. I can’t think of too much more that’s MORE juvenile than judging people for liking other sorts of music.
