PANDEMONIUM- Wir fahren ins Grüne 7"EP (Limbabwe, Holland, 1985)

This is pure fucking hell! Even for today’s standards, PANDEMONIUM still sound immensly intense with their unique style of chaotic, seemingly uncontrolled HC Thrash – just when the wall of noise seems to crush you, they throw in a tune or a break. Fucking awesome!!!
Amazing live band too and before I’ll let you go with PANDEMONIUM’s second 7″, I’ll have to admit that I just seperated the rap part which belongs to either “PAid off” or “Nothing to worry”, because I hate it so much.

For those who don’t understand Dutch; the beginning of ‘Clones’ has a question to a cop to what he would do if his son should live in a squat. He replies:”I’ll get him out, personally, not as policeman but as father. Even against his own will”.

What a great band! One of my fave Dutch bands of the mid-80’s, but nothing beats “Communion” by FUNERAL ORATION. The perfect amalgam of speed, power & melody. It still affects me 20 years down the line…

Yepp, Znort, I’ve been there too. Great memories and wil times! Negazione used to rip shit up live in 85 and 86.

Funeral Oration is a weird band. I’ve never managed to get totally into them though I recognize the band’s quality. They were maybe a bit too inconsistent.
